This is an introductory level course.

This session will cover basic planning techniques; how to assess what the impact the last few years have had on your organisation, how to look at what assets you have going forward – especially the people - and how to plan, together, for the future. Specifically it will cover

  • The Planning Hierarchy
  • Some tools for planning
  • Identifying the impact of the last two years
  • Asset-based community development
  • How to get started on planning for the new ways of doing things
  • Involving people in planning

This course also includes bonus content:
