What is business planning?
This taster-level course looks at the basics of making a business plan.
This is an introductory level course.
As organisations grow and develop, they sometimes need to summarise their position and future ambitions in a single document to funders and others. Commonly this is done as a business plan. This recording of a free taster session which ran in February 2022 will take a look at what business planning is and what it involves. It covers:
What a business plan is and the processes behind it
What it is for and how it can be used.
What is typically included and how to individualise this for your organisation
All the "Taster" level sessions are suitable for anyone working or volunteering with a community group, charity or social business.
Feedback survey Please note that there is a short feedback survey included with this course and we would appreciate your thoughts.
