This taster-level course looks at the basics of making a business plan. It includes useful bonus material as well.
Course Content
As organisations grow and develop, they sometimes need to summarise their position and future ambitions in a single document to funders and others. Commonly this is done as a business plan. This short course will take a look at what business planning is and what it involves. It covers:
What a business plan is and the processes behind it
What it is for and how it can be used.
What is typically included and how to individualise this for your organisation
