The Digital Training Academy for Charities, Groups and Voluntary Organisations is built by the voluntary sector, for the voluntary sector.
Created by Dorset Community Action, our Training Academy combines live and pre-recorded talks, workshops and networking.
Containing a variety of free and premium training modules from short “top tips” to longer conversations with experts, the Academy covers a wide range of subjects to benefit your Organisation, all accessible at a time that suits you.

Meet our Team:
Caro Hart - Community Training Consultant
Caro Hart is Dorset Community Action's Community Training Consultant. As well as working on a 1:1 basis with organisations, she has been busy helping to create and develop the training Academy. She is here to help you with organisational development, learning and planning, among other things.
Caro has worked in the voluntary and charity sector since wandering into a night-shelter and volunteering when she was at University. She has been a Trustee, case-worker, CEO, Chair, volunteer and trainer - often simultaneously. She has an MBA from the Open University.
