This session looked at what procedures are needed to ensure that service-users, volunteers and staff are kept safe. It covered what abuse is and what safeguarding is in practical terms.

This longer course goes through the whole process of creating a policy from identifying the risk to implementation, with particular reference to procedures you need to have when working with vulnerable people.
