By the end of the session you should:
•Understand what abuse is and who may be affected
•Feel confident that you know what is involved in the safeguarding lead role and able top respond to concerns
•Have a rough plan for rolling out a safeguarding culture in your organisation
•Be in a position to review your policies and procedures
Note: This longer, session (equivalent to a level 3 course) is not part of the funded programme and so there will be an administration charge.
