Course Content
This conversations with Chris Spackman, former Vice Chair of DCA, draws on Chris' experience of being a Trustee for both small and large national organisations. He talks about how Trustees need to handle the affairs of the organisation robustly and be transparent and clear on how and why they make decisions - and the consequences of not doing so. Please note that this course is in a chatty, informal style. It is 10 minutes long.
