This an introductory level course
This course, will look at leadership. This is one aspect of being on a Board that is often over-looked and it can make all the difference. How do you share your passion for your cause with volunteers and staff - and how do you champion it outside your organisation? It will consider how Trustees or directors work together to lead their organisation and look at issues such as integrity, transparency and accountability. How do Trustees exemplify the values of the organisation they lead?
