Investigating for charities
In this short video Noella Gooden, and employment solicitor for Grant Saw solicitors LLP talks about how an organisation can investigate a grievance or disciplinary matter effectively
This is an introductory level course
Noella looks at the question; under what circumstances organisations might need to investigate something that has happened in the workplace. She talks, for example, about bullying and harassment, which the Charity Commission has said that Trustees must have a robust policy and procedure to deal with.
Noella details the steps that an organisation needs to take when something happens. Who investigates and what they need to do.
Noella has donated her time for free to make this video and we are very grateful.
