As organisations grow, they may start taking on staff, whether full or part-time, project-based of undertaking core services. This step change brings with it a lot of things that organisations need to think about. The first of these is how to recruit people, but organisations wonder what is best practice, what are the legal restrictions, and so on. This free course will start at the beginning and cover:

  • Creating a Person specification  

  • Advertising – inclusive good practice  

  • Shortlisting, selection and appointment 

Suitable for organisations who are starting this process or thinking of applying for funding that comes with salary costs. This course will give you a blue-print to follow.
