Recruiting your first staff
This taster session goes through the basics of recruiting an employee from writing a job description to appointing a new member of staff.
This is an introductory level course
As organisations grow, they may start taking on staff, whether full or part-time, project-based of undertaking core services. This step change brings with it a lot of things that organisations need to think about.
