The challenges of marketing services in the heart of a community are many.  Campaigns must take into account a very varied audience and a limited geographical area - but that also presents opportunities to use targeted techniques that would be impossible elsewhere. This course will go into all these issues, specifically:

  • Understanding your target audience
  • Telling the stories effectively
  • Creating a marketing "campaign"
  • Using different media
  • Making a communications plan
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of your work


This course is suitable for anyone, no prior knowledge is needed.
