This conversation is with Paula Bennetts, DCA's former Operations Manager. Paula has many years' experience of working with "stakeholders" both inside the organisation and externally.
In this video she will go explain from scratch what "stakeholders" are and give advice on how to communicate with them. We put the following questions to Paula:
- What are stakeholders and why are they important?
- What's the difference between "internal" and "external" stakeholders?
- What are some of the ways you can communicate with them?
