In this video Jen Richardson Head of Charities at accountancy firm Ward Goodman runs through what core costs are and how to identify them. She also talks about the implications for your funding applications of having costs allocated across projects and gives hints and tips on dealing with this. Finally, Jen shares some budgeting tips for both the short and longer term. This recording is in an informal style and 17 minutes long.
