The drain of multiple projects on an organisation's "core" or central costs can be a major concern. The front line work is funded, but what about the book-keeping, premises or governance? This course looks at one of the main ways to overcome this challenge. It covers:

  • What is full cost recovery (FCR) and why does it matter?
  • The advantages of FCR 
  • Calculating a project on a FCR basis ( a worked example)
  • Applying for funding with FCR
