Course Content
In this short video, Chris Spackman, formerly Vice Chair of DCA talks about delegated responsibility and how risk analysis is a tool. He discusses, the ways in which a Trustee Board delegates responsibility, how a Trustee Board identifies what needs to be done and how a Trustee Board ensures that the correct procedures and processes are in place. This video is 14 minutes long and it is in an informal chatty style.
