The recruitment, management and care of volunteers is a fundamental part of ensuring that the front line services are delivered effectively. Volunteers add a richness and diversity at all levels of the organisation and so taking care of them well is an obvious choice. This course  is suitable for anyone and does not require prior knowledge.
