Course Content

This is an Intermediate level course

This course will look at how you can include external "frameworks" in your monitoring and evaluation. These are pre-designed metrics that measure the difference your work makes, whether it is to the local economy or the difference to individuals. They can be used to produce robust, replicable results.

Specifically it will cover:

  • What are targets, deliverables, outputs and outcomes?
  • What are outcome measurement tools and how do they work?
  • Working in partnership with statutory and health providers to measure the same things
  • An example; WEMBS
  • Working in partnership with statutory and health providers to measure the same things
  • Implementing tools in health & social  care practice
  • Common tools, PAM and self-esteem

This course is suitable for anyone, no prior knowledge is required.
