Paula Bennetts was the Operations Manager at DCA. She lead on measuring the impact of the front line work of the organisation.
We asked Paula to start from first principles and talk about why measuring the difference that an organisation makes is important and, more specifically:
- First of all, can you explain what you mean by "impact"?
- Why is it important to measure it?
- What are some of the ways that this can be done?
