How to have a reserves policy
This short course examines the importance for community spaces of having long-term reserves.
Course Content
Part of long term planning can be building up the reserves for the larger jobs that will need doing in 5,10,15 years' time. This session looks at ways you can do this and how that is presented in a policy so that funders don't discount you as having too much money. It will help you to create a clear plan and policy.
