Needs analysis is the process of understanding the context of the challenges you are seeking to meet in your community. This course will expalin the power of having the facts and figures at your finger-tips whether you are talking to local people, funders or government departments. 

Specifically, it will cover:

  • What is a "needs analysis"?
  • What is it for?
  • How to do a needs analysis
  • Using the results effectively
  • Updating and reviewing the results.


This course is suitable for everyone, you do not need any prior knowledge.
