Course Content

This is an introductory level course

Delivering what you have been commissioned to deliver is important. The consequences of not doing so range from increased scrutiny, to funding withdrawl, to being turned down for future funding. But it is not always easy to evidence what you  have delivered and the difference that it made, especially where things may not be going to plan.

This course will look at how to break this down, how to relate what you do to what is required and how to evidence the difference your work makes. Specifically it will cover:

  • What do funders want? Understanding the requirements from funders
  • Identifying what’s wanted; service descriptions vs contract requirements – making the links
  • Designing a monitoring system
  • Evaluating performance
  • Reporting to funders

This course is suitable for anyone involved in managing or delivering funded or commissioned services. It does not require any prior knowledge.

Feedback survey Please note that there is a short feedback survey included with this course and we would appreciate your thoughts.
