This course looks at an essential area when delivering funded projects; how do you prove you are doing what is requested? An essential skill for working with larger grants and funders.
Delivering what you have been commissioned to deliver is important. The consequences of not doing so range from increased scrutiny, to funding withdrawl, to being turned down for future funding. But it is not always easy to evidence what you have delivered and the difference that it made, especially where things may not be going to plan.
