Taking oversight

This is a conversation with Chris Spackman, former Vice-Chair of DCA about how Trustees take oversight or operational matters - rather than getting too involved in operational matters.

Course Content

This short video looks at how Trustees set objectives (both strategic and operational), ensure that the inherent risks are managed and how they monitor these. Chris also draws on his experience to talk about how the oversight role is different from being "hands on". Please note that it is is a chatty style. It is 9 minutes long.
