Course Content

This session looks at the uses of monitoring information and how you can take a light-touch approach to gathering the information you need.

Involving everyone in collecting data, stories, funny things that happen and other information is actually fairly straightforward - so long as you build it into the day-to-day work of the service or project.

This session will cover:

  • Why monitoring outcomes is important
  • The different types of outcome
  • How you can measure progress
  • Monitoring and evaluation and how they work

By the end of the session you will:

  • Understand why this process is important
  • Know how to set targets and goals - and measure progress
  • Grasp how you can measure what you do in a number of ways.

This course include bonus materials. We also ask you to fill in a feedback form.
