Come and help us to celebrate the work of Dorset Village Halls. At this in-person event, you will have a chance to network with your fellow Village Halls plus finding out more about:

• DCA's project helping Village Halls to achieve the ACRE Hallmark

• The Dorset Village Halls Association - and sign up for their AGM on 4th May

• Low Carbon - a toolkit for Village Halls

• A fundraising update from our expert Julie Johns

We are also hoping to award the first Dorset Village Halls to complete the ACRE Hallmark under the new scheme with their certificates.

Additional event: To follow on from the Village Halls Week Network Event Julie Johns from DCA will be delivering a free Energy Outreach Advice Presentation from 16.30-17.30pm. (You do not have to sign  up separately for this.)

This presentation will cover topics on:

·       How to spot the signs of when someone may be struggling with fuel poverty

·       Improving the energy and appliance efficiency in the home

·       Understanding the health impacts of suffering fuel poverty

·       Debt Advice and support with Bills/Grants

·       Signposting to other sources of support
