This is an introductory level course.

In this brief course, we look at why it is important when asking people for information to tell them what you are asking for and to show them the results afterwards. This keeps your "stakeholders" (volunteers, staff, local community or business and so on) engaged and invested in your work. It is 7 minutes long.
