This is an introductory level course.

This short video will look at the Charity Commission's guidance on how to have an effective meeting. It will go back to first principles on agendas, conflict of interest. making decisions. voting and minutes. It is useful if you are just starting out or as a refresher. This course is just over 7 minutes long.
