Course Content
This short video will focus on the tool of STEP analysis which looks at the Social, Technological, Economic and Political (and political) factors in the external environment of your organisation that may have a bearing on what you do. It will also look at the PESTLE model which also looks at Environmental factors and the STEEPLE model which includes Ethical considerations. Which model you use, depends on the focus of your organisation.
