DO NOT REUSE
The inaugural meeting of the project working party. Together we are going to come up with resources and ideas that we can disseminate to all village halls and community groups.
This is the recording of the first meeting. The notes from the meeting can be downloaded. The next meeting will be on 14th December (see below).
Background
This project will work with six or more groups running community spaces, to produce a climate change action plan and deliver local activities with their communities.
We will support this by co-operatively developing a ‘10 step guide’ to taking simple actions to help tackle climate change.
The project will support people and communities who are starting to think about taking climate action and would like clearer guidance on what would make a difference and where to start. we will support you to make your own "climate change plan" and involve your local community.
This meeting will take place by Zoom - the link will be confirmed on the day for people who have signed up, although if you visit your dashboard (see link above on the right), you will also be able to see the details.
Agenda for meeting
This meeting is suitable for anyone working in a community building - you don't need to know anything about the sorts of things we will be discussing. Nor do you have to have bags of time; DCA is here to do the background work.
