This is an Intermediate level course

This course looks at how the various different plans follow on from each other. Starting with your mission, it covers how you plan in both the short and long term to achieve your objectives, and what other plans you might need. It is a useful bit of thinking ahead of doing a Business Plan. Included with this video is a short feedback survey which we would ask you to complete. Your opinion would be appreciated.
