These tips from Paula Bennetts DCA's operations manager will help you to give effective and constructive performance feedback. The course can be used to support the supervision/co-ordination of volunteers, staff or trustees. The course looks at the general principles of giving feedback and techniques. There is a section on dealing with problems in performance and how to have difficult conversations effectively and resolve problems using action and review.
