This is an Intermediate level course

This course focuses on the interface between the Trustees taking oversight of organisational risk and the team who manage the procedures and systems that have been put in place to manage those risks. It looks at what happens when an incident occurs and how to ensure that procedures are reducing the chance of something happening again. Included with this video is a short feedback survey which we would ask you to complete. Your opinion would be appreciated.

DCA offers courses free or at lower cost where we have obtained funding or sponsorship Some resources are offered on a paid-for basis so that we can cover our costs and continue to provide this material to community groups, charities or social companies. On average a course costs us about £300 to create and your support is appreciated.
