We can help you with fundraising and income generation.  Our consultant can help with:

  • Making an income generation plan and monitoring progress
  • Identifying suitable trust funders (based on our popular Masterclass: How to research and choose funders)
  • Helping with or critiquing bids or tenders
  • Supporting marketing or community engagement
  • Help with setting up a legacy scheme
  • Business process analysis of earned income streams
  • Training for staff or volunteers on all aspects of income generation

Cost: 

DCA members: £54 + VAT per hour

Non-members £60 + VAT per hour

You will be sent a detailed quotation before any work commences.

Community Training Consultant Caro Hart

Caro is an experienced third-sector trainer, manager and Trustee. She has been working with DCA since May 2021. Caro has been involved in VCSE organisations from grass-roots groups to large international charities - and has run her own social enterprise. She has been a trainer, mentor and coach for most of that time. Her specialisms are planning and governance, although she can turn her hand to anything.
