This is an introductory level course

This course will go through a useful analysis for both strategic and operations planning; looking at the organisations's strengths and weaknesses and externally at threats and opportunities. Together with the STEP analysis, this is a good tool in the Trustee Board's tool-kit. Included with this video is a short feedback survey which we would ask you to complete. Your opinion would be appreciated.
