Course Content

In a village, community or neighbourhood, there may be a number of groups and organisations working with people. Some you may collaborate with, some not. Often there is competition for resources, footfall and influence.

How can you turn this to your advantage? What are the key ways to build sustainable partnerships for the benefit of the whole community?

The aims of this session are:

  • To look at stakeholder analysis and what it can do for you
  • Explore how to work with competitors who overlap with you
  • Go through issues such as contracts, risk etc.

By the end of the course you will:

  • Understand how to spot opportunities for partnership
  • Have a mechanism for taking decisions on strategic partnerships
  • Have a good grasp of what you need to do to make partnerships work.

This course include bonus materials. We also ask you to fill in a feedback form.
